Savvy has worked in the media and entertainment industry for over 16 years. He began his career in London’s West End as a sound designer for productions such as FAME, before moving into the studio as a music producer. From there, Savvy moved into television sound and was hired by the BBC where he worked on shows such as East Enders, Blue Peter and Top of The Pops.

 

Savvy moved from the UK to Australia in 2006 where he set up Australia’s first Aboriginal Music Centre in a remote part of the outback in the NT. He worked with Aboriginal communities recording their music, language, and culture. He now works for Network TEN in Adelaide as a Location Audio Operator working on shows such as Totally Wild and Scope,  as well as news and current affairs.

On top of his busy life, Savvy is also an advocate for Dyslexia establishing Savvy Motivation aimed at motivating people to achieve their best. It has a special focus on helping adults and children harness the power of their dyslexia and how they can use it to their advantage.
