During this period, Brian was responsible for, inter alia, the introduction and management of job evaluation and job analysis policies and practice, and for training managers in associated techniques. I have also worked at Head of Professional function level in Human Resources and Training, where I had responsibility for HR operations for 1600 multidisciplinary staff. His dyslexia consultancy has included working with large and small firms, public bodies, Government organisation, Charities and Trade Unions, conducting Workplace Needs Assessments that ensure workplaces: Make reasonable adjustments which address an employee’s dyslexia, and dyspraxia and mitigate their effects in relation to job performance.
