Episode 4 with Mayor of Circular Head Daryl Quilliam Daryl Quilliam JP is the Mayor of Circular Head in North West Tasmania and is currently a Council representative on the Cradle Coast Authority Representatives Committee, Circular Head Education and Training Consultative Committee, Hunter Island Advisory Group, Circular Head Emergency Planning Committee. Daryl is the Vice President of Local Government Association of Tasmania, a board member of AgriTas College and the Chairperson of Rural Health Tasmania. Daryl was invited to join the 26Ten initiative in October 2015, and is now Chair of this network 26TEN brings together businesses, community, government organisations and individual supporters committed to improving adult literacy in Tasmania. It is a unique network that extends beyond government to engage the entire community. It aims to shift attitudes and change behaviours to enable all Tasmanians to develop the literacy skills they need for life and work.
